Install Shellinabox on Ubuntu

1. Download the installer
wget http://shellinabox.googlecode.com/files/shellinabox_2.10-1_i386.deb

2. Change the default port number if you like
/etc/default/shellinabox so that the default port is 443.

Then restart the shellinabox daemon:
sudo invoke-rc.d shellinabox restart
